ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (ALCA)
ALCA is a gated, private community in Pocono Lake, PA. ALCA temporary membership is required for this vacation home experience. It has two separate entrances that are both gated, the “main gate” with a Member Services Building that also serves as the main registration building for the community; the second gate takes you into the back half of the community.
The Amenities At Arrowhead Lakes Include :
2 Lakes – 260 acres and 90 acres, stocked with fish and swim-friendly
4 Beaches – with sand, picnic and bbq areas, playground, restroom and concession facilities, and boat launches

The Member Services Building – 24/7 Phone Operator and Public Safety, downstairs has internet accessible computers with printers, ping-pong tables, lounge area with flat screen and couches, pool room with tables for teenagers and pre-teens that play pool.

Bear’s Lakeview Chalet is located just inside the main gate (easy access in and out) in the amenity filled Arrowhead Lake community within easy walking distance to Beach 1 and the Lodge. The Farmhouse Bedroom includes a bed that is reminiscent of the beds built in farm houses back in the day yet constructed with modern design and material. The bed is provided with a Nectar mattress for maximum comfort. A ceiling fan is provided for air circulation when desired. An echo dot is provided for listening to music, alarm clocks and voice command with Alexa to turn the lights on and off. Heating is controlled with the local thermostat in the room.
The Log Cabin Bedroom
The Log Cabin Bedroom includes a bed that is reminiscent of the beds built in log houses back in the day yet constructed with modern design and material. The bed is provided with a Nectar mattress for maximum comfort. An echo dot is provided for listening to music, alarm clocks or voice command with Alexa to turn the light on and off. Heating is controlled with the local thermostat in the room.

The Bear Cub Bedroom
The Bear Cub Bedroom includes a bunk bed for the little ones. The room has a whimsical bear theme to enchant the young at heart to entice enjoyment of abundant wildlife in the Pocono mountains. Heating is controlled with the local thermostat in the room.
The Loft / Day Bed Area
The Loft / Day Bed Area is a great place to relax while reading a book, having a discussion, listening to music, playing a game, etc. The daybed has a wonderful view of the lake through the large upper windows of the great room and has a rustic ambience with reclaimed barn wood beams framing the area. The daybed is comfortable enough for a short stay or even to sleep overnight. An echo dot is provided for listening to music, alarm clocks, voice command with Alexa to turn the daybed light on and off.
The Great Room
The great room is a large open floor plan with both the dining area and sitting area. It boasts large open windows with a partial view of the lake, gas fireplace for cozy warmth during cooler seasons, a mini split A/C for cooling during warmer seasons, a large screen TV for watching regular programming or movies, a large couch with seating for 3 to 4 and two seats for additional seating. The coffee table contains board games for family fun during down time. Heating is controlled with the local thermostat in the room.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs during your vacation home experience. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range / oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four. An echo dot is provided for listening to music, alarm clocks, voice command with Alexa to turn the lights on and off.
The Dining Area
Step into the cozy dining room, where a large weathered wood farmhouse table invites you to gather with up to six guests. The rustic charm of the table's natural grain adds character to the space. Sink into plush chairs with soft earthy fabric upholstery, ensuring comfort throughout your meals. The expansive windows offer a lake view, filling the room with serene natural light. For added entertainment, a sleek flat-screen TV discreetly adorns the wall. Create cherished memories in this inviting dining room, where the combination of rustic elegance, comfortable seating, and captivating lake views sets the stage for delightful experiences.
The Deck Area
The deck area is accessed through a glass slider door with wonderful views of the lake, beach 1, playground and stars at night. The deck is provided with a table and seating for eight. There are also two lounge chairs available for relaxing out in the fresh mountain air.
The Sitting Area with Fire Pit
There is a sitting area available off the side of the deck with a fire pit, seating for eight, a gas grill for barbequing and a picnic table.
The Hot Tub
Nestled in the serene beauty of the Pocono Mountains, our hot tub offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. The outdoor tub is surrounded by lush trees, providing a tranquil ambiance. Warm, bubbling water and adjustable jets help melt away stress as you soak with a view of Arrowhead Lake and enjoy the crisp mountain air. With its picturesque setting, the hot tub is ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the area. Whether shared with loved ones or savored alone, it promises an unforgettable experience of comfort and peace.
The Down Stairs Shower / Rest Room
The down stairs shower / rest room is equipped with a stand-up shower with two seats, massage shower head, modern glass sliding doors, endless hot water, blue tooth speaker / exhaust fan / colored light and includes a hair dryer for your use.
The Up Stairs Shower / Rest Room
The up stairs shower / rest room is equipped with a stand-up shower with two seats, massage shower head, modern glass sliding doors, endless hot water, blue tooth speaker / exhaust fan / colored light and includes a hair dryer for your use.

Requests for bookings are not accepted less than 14 days or more than 180 days in advance of the requested check in date.
